Banana Bread



This is a healthier treat alternative to add to your child’s diet. Each portion contains 1/3 of a banana and some walnuts. Bananas are a great source of potassium which helps prevent muscle cramping, so these would be good to have along with some protein before or after a sports session. The walnuts are rich in protein and omega 3, good for skin conditions like psoriasis and eczema and good brain health.
