Fruit and Nut Bars

These fruit and nut bars are delicious. The flavour of the fruits masks the inclusion of nuts and seeds. Dried fruit, nuts and seeds are all really high in fibre which is great for the gut. They are also very high in magnesium for energy and healthy bowel movements.
