Catherine says “The beauty of this recipe is that it manages to get 4 different fruits into your child’s diet in a way that they will love. Kiwis are a really good source of vitamin C and fibre, very good for the immune system and for healing the wall of the respiratory tract. Bananas are a good source of potassium, B6 and vitamin C, very good for nerve function. Cranberries are a really good source of antioxidants as well as vitamin C, while the probiotic yoghurt introduces good bacteria for healthy gut. The honey adds a touch of sweetness and if your child has a cold, you could use manuka honey instead to help boost the immune system.
