Simple Fish Pie

This dish with it's cheesey sauce is a really good way to encourage kids to eat fish. Fish is a really healthy, lean source of protein and minerals. The cheese adds more protein and extra calcium for bone health. Fresh herbs like parsley are a good sources of vitamins and minerals and also add flavour. The carrots and peas add fibre and extra vitamins.
